Wisconsin Farmers Union Selects Greenfire for Historic Renovation Project

The Wisconsin Farmers Union is renovating a 45,000 square foot historic building that will include their state headquarters on the second floor - and have selected Greenfire Management Services to bring the project to life. The three-story building located in downtown Chippewa Falls will feature retail on the first floor, rentable office space on the second floor and apartments on the third floor. On Thursday, October 28th, join over 30 area employers at the Americas Best Value Inn and Suites (formerly the Avalon Hotel; 1009 W. Park Ave) from 2-6 pm. Chippewa County Declares October as Manufacturing Month

[October 6, 2021 – Chippewa Falls, WI] In an executive meeting on October 5th, the Chippewa County Board of Supervisors passed a resolution to declare October 2021 as Chippewa County Manufacturing Month. Manufacturing Month is nationally recognized as one of the most important celebratory months in the workforce because of its intense focus on the next generation. In the Chippewa Valley, manufacturing is one of the most important industries and is in constant need of up-and-coming talent. CCEDC Receives Excellence in Economic Development Award from IEDC

[CITIZENS STATE BANK - STANLEY, WI – 7/16/21] Citizens State Bank (Citizens) is set to open a new full-service branch office at 118 N Broadway St in October 2021, including full drive-up services and an ATM.  Citizens is a sound and secure financial institution which has obtained FDIC and Wisconsin DFI approval to proceed with the purchase of the building.  Citizens is a locally owned, independent community bank servicing personal, business, and agricultural needs. Mason Companies, Inc. Announces Plans for New Facility in Chippewa Falls

[7-9-21 - CHIPPEWA FALLS, WI] Mason Companies announced plans to build a new 425,000 square-foot fulfillment center on the Lake Wissota Business Park [LWBP] in Chippewa Falls starting late this summer.
