  • Certified Shovel-Ready

    Outside developers can now quickly identify shovel ready sites for expansion and construction projects. All due diligence has been done on the site, such as planning, zoning, surveys, title work, environmental studies, soil analysis and public infrastructure engineering and has been approved by State of Wisconsin.

  • Entrepreneurial Support

    CEDC provides a wide range of resources to help you get your business off the ground and continue its growth. We will provide you with the knowledge, people, and connections to overcome obstacles and grow your business in the Chippewa Valley.

  • Future workforce pipeline

    CEDC works with local businesses to provide students with work-based learning experiences through Inspire Connection, a program committed to engaging our future workforce with Wisconsin business.
