Incubate at the Chippewa Valley Innovation Center

Business incubation is a proven economic development tool that provides entrepreneurs with not only flexible lease terms, but also the infrastructure and business support services they need in order to be successful.

Under one roof, the Chippewa Valley Innovation Center (CVIC) provides an array of resources including mentors, investors, community collaborators, business services, and managerial support, creating a stimulating environment that provides what companies need in order to be successful.

About C2 Space

The mission of the C2-Space is to produce financially-viable and freestanding ventures in the community by providing start-ups with work space, mentoring, guidance, resources, and business support services. The C2 membership program provides early stage start-ups more than just affordable office space. It provides access to a diverse team of people and the resources necessary to move your business forward. The center also houses a co-working program which offers freelancers, entrepreneurs, creatives, and independent workers an authentic experience of working in a shared work space that you can’t get at home or in a coffee shop.

Wisconsin Business Registration Information

Wisconsin's One Stop Business Portal will assist you in registering your new business with multiple state agencies. When you have finished, your new business will be registered with:

  • The Department of Financial Institutions
  • The Department of Revenue
  • The Department of Workforce Development (if required).

The portal has been designed to be an easy step-by-step process where Wisconsin's businesses can find the requirements and tools they need to start a business in Wisconsin.
