Multi-generations in the workforce have become a major talking point as employers look to strengthen their existing workforce and hiring new staff. With some employers facing 3, 4 or up to 5 different generations, understanding the complexities can be quite the challenge. In this presentation, discussion will be provided about the value each generation brings to the workplace and strategies to help them leverage strengths to build a cohesive team.
Representatives from Chippewa Valley Technical College, UW-Eau Claire, and UW-Stout will provide an overview of their internship and co-op programs and how they can be used to bridge the generations and create a pipeline of talent.
